my cat's new name is urglegru. it's name has always and will always be 'the cat', but as far as the many many alternate names we have tried out, i think this one suits it best.
i am going to try to update more often. the less often i update the less i have to say, somehow. i think i am going to make some posts public as well. i have had a private journal for so long that i sincerely doubt anyone is interested in the dirt of my life any longer [especially since it's sadly free of dirt for the most part.]
katamari damacy was actually a bit disappointing. perhaps because i suck at it. i don't know what i expected, but it did not live up to the hype for me. i don't think anything can ever beat guitar hero.
some tracks were announced for guitar hero III:
* Paint It Black (by The Rolling Stones) * Cherub Rock (by The Smashing Pumpkins) * Sabotage (by The Beastie Boys) * The Metal (by Tenacious D) * My Name is Jonas (by Weezer) * School's Out (as made famous by Alice Cooper) * Slow Ride (as made famous by Fog Hat) [which will always remind me of newsradio]
i am quite looking forward to it as i am sick of all the songs on II and only a few songs on the original i am keen on.
i am hoping i will reach the point where i am bored of doing nothing but that doesn't at all sound like me. with all this time on my hands i should not be simply maintaining the house, but taking this time to tackle the daunting tasks which i have not been motivated to do before. but maintaining is enough of a task, i am scared to tackle the spare [junk] room.
i hope you still respect me after seeing the scary room where we shove things and then close the door and never think about them again:
with all the court tv i have been watching [you can watch it ALL day without interruption] i will be a pro when we have to take someone to court again for work. being in a courtroom is intimidating even when you're the one trying to get the money the losers owe you. standing up all by myself infront of a judge and not being a trailer-trash crackhead should give me some confidence. it's not that i even really like these shows that display the worst of our culture, but they are mildly interesting and good to keep on in the background all day without paying much attention. the silence of no television or music is too much for me... i have grown up with that tv always being on in the background.
paris is out of jail already, hella weak.
malloreigh's new set is mind-blowingly hot. if you can, go look at it now.
i can't stop drinking this fine fine ernest and julio gallo product.... classy.
